Terms And Conditions

Entity: United Creators Media Network (UCMN), a division of MNT LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership and use of the services, infrastructure, and systems provided by United Creators Media Network (UCMN). By applying for membership or using UCMN services, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

1.1 UCMN provides infrastructure and turnkey systems that enable Members to manage, distribute, protect, and monetize their creative works and rights.
1.2 UCMN does not act as a distributor, aggregator, publisher, label, or agency. Members retain independence and full ownership of their works.
1.3 Membership grants access to tools including registration, content delivery, analytics, reporting, payouts, and integrations with third-party platforms.
1.4 Certain services (e.g., YouTube CMS access, TikTok Live features) are subject to eligibility requirements and policies set by third-party platforms and cannot be guaranteed by UCMN.
1.5 Third-Party Services: UCMN may provide access to services, tools, or platforms through internal agreements with third parties. Such services are offered “as is” and subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the respective third party. UCMN does not guarantee uninterrupted access or continued availability of such services and assumes no liability for changes, suspensions, or discontinuations initiated by third parties.

2. Membership Obligations

2.1 Members must provide accurate metadata, ownership details, publishing data, and any other required information.
2.2 Members are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to all content uploaded or claimed.
2.3 Misrepresentation of rights, fraudulent claims, or abuse of the system may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
2.4 Membership may be terminated by either party upon written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

3. Music Services

3.1 Members gain automatic access to all digital service providers (“DSPs”) connected to UCMN, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Instagram, and platforms in the Chinese market.
3.2 New DSPs and updates are added to the membership network as they become available and are automatically included in Member access.
3.3 UCMN provides distribution infrastructure, reporting, analytics, and payouts but does not participate in ownership or creative control of musical works.
3.4 UCMN delivers Member content to YouTube Music and enables rights management through YouTube Content ID, allowing Members to monetize or claim unauthorized re-uploads of their music.
3.5 Eligible Member channels may be connected to UCMN’s YouTube Content Management System (CMS) for advanced rights management, or whitelisted so that Members can monetize directly via AdSense while still benefiting from Content ID protections.

4. Publishing Services

4.1 Songwriters and publishers may use UCMN’s publishing system to register works and claim royalties, including synchronization, mechanical, performing, and printing rights.
4.2 UCMN does not act as a publisher. Members remain responsible for managing their publishing rights independently.
4.3 Royalties are collected and reported based on availability from DSPs, collection societies, and connected networks.

5. YouTube Content Creators (Non-Music)

5.1 UCMN enables rights protection and monetization for creators such as vloggers, gamers, podcasters, educators, reviewers, and filmmakers.
5.2 UCMN provides access to YouTube Content ID, allowing Members to claim or manage unauthorized re-uploads of their content.
5.3 Eligible channels may be connected to UCMN’s YouTube CMS for advanced rights management, or whitelisted for AdSense monetization while maintaining Content ID protections.
5.4 UCMN provides Members with a turnkey system: register your profile, upload content, track analytics, receive reports, and get paid — all without external setup.

6. TikTok Live Streaming Hosts & Communities

6.1 Independent hosts and host communities may use UCMN infrastructure to access TikTok Live professional features, campaigns, and events.
6.2 Members retain 100% of income generated from their live streaming. Any commission owed to UCMN is paid directly by TikTok under internal agreements and is never deducted from Member payouts.
6.3 UCMN does not control Member content or impose creative restrictions.
6.4 Community managers may organize multiple hosts under one structure using UCMN tools while retaining independence.

7. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms

7.1 UCMN provides access to infrastructure but does not control third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, Instagram).
7.2 Each Member is responsible for compliance with the policies, rules, and monetization requirements of connected platforms.
7.3 UCMN assumes no liability for suspensions, demonetization, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Payments & Fees

8.1 UCMN provides reporting and payout systems based on information received from DSPs, collection societies, and platforms.
8.2 Payouts are issued on a Net 60 monthly basis: revenues generated in a given month are paid 60 days after the close of that month (e.g., January revenues are paid at the end of March).
8.3 Payments are made by bank transfer. Bank charges, transfer fees, and intermediary banking expenses are deducted from the Member’s payout.
8.4 UCMN retains a 5% service fee on revenues collected through DSPs, platforms, and partners (excluding TikTok Live). The remaining 95% is paid to the Member.
8.5 For TikTok Live, Members retain 100% of income generated; commissions owed to UCMN are paid directly by TikTok and are never deducted from Member payouts.
8.6 UCMN is not responsible for delays caused by DSPs, collection societies, banks, or financial institutions.
8.7 Minimum payout thresholds may apply and will be communicated to Members.

9. Confidentiality & Data

9.1 UCMN will treat Member data, catalogs, reports, and personal information as confidential and will not disclose to third parties except where necessary for service delivery or required by law.
9.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, metadata, and materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 UCMN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
10.2 UCMN does not guarantee earnings, visibility, or platform approval for any Member.
10.3 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless UCMN from claims arising from misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of rights.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

12. Amendments

12.1 UCMN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to Members via the official website or email.
12.2 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
